Danny Phantom as the Black Ranger (Yeah, a bit cheaty, to turn him to a kid.

Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls) as the green Ranger
Phineas Flynn (Phineas and Ferb) as the Red Ranger
Isabella Garcia Shapiro (Phineas and Ferb) as Pink Ranger
and Dexter as the blue Ranger.
I know is very Fan-typical to do this. But sometimes even me jsut wanna do kinda senseless fan-stuff.
