Well because I'm in huge ben 10 mode now and no one did before... here a top 15 list of my favourite Ben 10 aliens. Why 15? To make sure all my favourites are in. 
so here from left to right, from top to bottom
15) Lodestar: Cool design and... well.. magnetic powers, allways kinda cool.
14) Eye Guy: Also great design and "Interesting" powers.
13) Cromastone: Yeah, not sure why, but I like him a bit more than Diamondhead.
12) Armodrillo: I guess most of it comes from his name. Is kinda fun to say, of course also cool design. XD
11) NRG: The "steampunk" under then Ben 10 Aliens, do I need to say more? XD
10) Big Chill: I think flying is more fun with him than with stinkfly, and his ice-powers and ghost-like powers makes him even "cooler". Only bad part... the "pregnant male" clichee. Yes, in tv-shows it is allready a clichee...
9) Buzzshock: Love him since his first appear in the original show as little yello prankster. XD And hey, he can travel through cables, thats just awesome.
8) Ditto: A quick way to get a lot of silly heads for fun. XD
7) Ultimate swampfire: Yeah, I not like the ultimate alien idea, but admit, I like Ultimate swampfire's design more than the normal swampfire... he kinda have something mythical, like he is a creature of a very good and with magic overloaded fairy tale. XD
6) Heatblast: What to say? He is a hot guy.
5) Canonbolt: LETS ROLL!!!!... yeah... and I think is fun to hug with him.
4) ghostfreak: Spooky... how can you not love this creepy ghost? ^^ Scare a clown everyday!
3) XLR8: Very very VERY Fast and good in controlling his speed (not so like fasttrack...what a loser) and of course cool design.
2) Upchuck: The first time I have seen this little guy in action I allready knew, he will be a alltime favourite for me. So cute and a really gross and cool power. XD He is kinda like a childhood memory, like you create a very unique but kinda strange power. XD
1) Fourarm: Alltime favourite, very strong, good jumper and FOUR ARMS! FOUR ARMS! How cool is that?
