Based on an idea by 
Rainbow Dash from G1 and Firefly from G1 fuse together to Rainbow Dash G4. First hae doubts with this idea, but then I got this idea to try to make it look epic, and it have no real meaning or story anyway, so I give it a try. You can interpret how ever you want. I wanna interpret it like the have to fuse together to become a more powerfull being. Hope you like it. ^^ And thanx again for the idea. ^^

That's one way to do it I guess. Though I did like G1's Firefly, and G3's Rainbow Dash a lot more than I ever did G4's Rainbow.
